Phpmyadmin completes actions too slow. Is there anyone can help me to solve this issue [closed]

First when I tried to open phpmyadmin it just continued loading forever. then showed me some error. I fixed that issue increasing max_execution time to 5000; But now when I enter tables or databases it opens very very slow.
