I have created this design with the focus to use it on various games, especially for tile based games Please note the environment is not textured and unwrapped. Only few characters are textured, most models are just a colored material. So basically you can easily import it inside the game engine and drag colors according to your choice and can mix and match parts to make complete environment for your game.
I have used Maya 2016 to create this file.
1. FBX/OBJ format
2. Texture Size: 2048×2048
3. Poly Count [Triangles]: 5866 for environment and 1958 for 5 characters.
