246 bones moved by just 2 helper objets to simulate the natural move of the jellyfish.
A single morphing target allows a perfect propulsion move of the head.

The grass is made with the hair and fur plugin included in standard tools of 3D Studio Max.
No special render engine needed, just unzip and render.
