Data Input and search between ranges by Cybecore

i need a script that: 1) put/edit/delete fields into database, the fieldnames are: tablename: person fields : name,surname,phone,fax,email,group,zip_code,client_firstletter,subject possible values: name,surname,phone,fax,email is up to you…… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: CMS, jQuery / Prototype, MySQL, PHP)
