Looking for a programmer to develop a php application for registration of umpires and teams. Exact fields needed will be given to programmer. System will also need a team registration. System will be used to match teams and umpires for a special tournament. Other requirements will be a need or teams to pay fees to be determined as well as email system for contacting both teams and umpires. Site will need baseball theme.
Winning designer/programmer must show system in use on their server and must upon acceptance install on our server.
