The project is a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) legal practice management solution designed for the needs of small and medium sized law firms. In addition to seamlessly offering the standard law practice management components, such as Calendaring, Contacts, Document Management, Time Tracking, Billing and Invoice Generation, Task Lists, Statistical Analysis, Expense Tracking, and Messaging – the project utilizes social networking to allow legal practitioners and firms to collaborate and share resources with similarly situated attorneys and firms. Through the site Lawyers will be able to collaborate online with clients in completing documents. Law firms and attorneys can create profiles that highlight practice areas and foster the development of efficient work output and strategic pooling of resources.
