Need a designer to work with our coders to create the site graphics.

We are looking for something similar to the following:

NOTE

Bidders must have experience in designing websites and have available samples in their portfolio.

Bidders must be able to design from scratch and not use templates and so forth.

Bidders must be able to communicate and work fast on this project as we have a tight turnaround.

Bidders must bid within our budget, we do have room to allocate a bonus for a great designer but will decide after the design work has been completed.
