I am looking for a daily deal aggregator script.
Features must include RSS/XML feeds and an API for group buying sites. Minimum data required is: Deal provider, deal image, recommended retail price (merchants price), discount price, Discount percent, Saved money, Time left to buy (show expired if closed)
Script must work contain a discount voucher code area.
Script must contain a full database a user tracking system as well as ability to track consumer generated referrals and referral commissions.
Requires and automated email system to send out daily deals as well as latest voucher code discounts.
Each daily deal must be auto tweeted and to Facebook.
Users must be able to login/register with their Facebook, Twitter, Google buzz or open Id accounts.
Must be seo optimised correctly with site map and ability to custom titles descriptions etc.
Must be clean design like all web2.0 sites with ability to add adsense and other ads in.
All affiliate codes must be track able and cloaked on exit
Ability to sort by city, by deal provider groupon social living etc, category, by expiry time, daily deal or ongoing offer discount and so on.
Ability to auto categorise each section and auto create merchant pages with company info and latest live deals.
The script must be bug free and if any bugs arise they must be dealt with promptly
Script full source code to be delivered to us and be our property.
Must function optimally across all browsers and mobile phones.
Finally must work across multiple domains easily from one admin and be easy to setup like all good web scripts.

You must be able to meet deadlines and provide the project on time and on budget we are looking to build a long term relationship with our chosen partner which will include further projects.
We are not sure if we want this to run on word press or be a more stand alone script we are looking for advise on this. It must also have an easy to use API for other sites to use or. Services such as having our own mobile apps developed for delivery of deals direct to mobile devices.
We are open to leaving out less vital functionality to allow speed to market with additional. Features added soon after. Key is to make the script run as automated as possible.
We do not payout before the project is complete and delivered. This is not negotiable.
