I need a Coaching and Recruiting site made. I’ll pay $135-$185 for the work. I need it done in 15 days or less. Attached is the basic look of some of the pages. I don’t have the psds for those, but basically you’ll make the pages look just like that.
The company creates digital resumes for high school student athletes, allowing them to send their packages to recruiters and coaches for chance at a college scholarship. The DVD we create for them can be sent but the fastest way will be to send a link from our site (where the video is housed) or embed the video package in an email, Facebook, YouTube.
Clean look with ability to post strong images from our clients. We don’t need Flash opening but I would like roll over/drop down menus . We’re looking at a 1280×800 just to limit scrolling. Looking at 5-7 main tabs (Home, About Us, Packages, Student Prospects, Recruiters, Contact Us, Testimonials and they each could have 2-6 options depending on subject.
Each student will have their own area on the site, thesite.com/studentsname. We will collect information from the student and the parents so the site must be secure (password and possible encryption) and we will need forms to collect the info. I have the Excel sheets which I can send that have the information fields.
The area housing the video will contain an overall package of the student athlete but also individual packages chaptered from the DVD.
We will also need a secure area within the site to post all files for the parents/student to approve video and artwork, could be located withing the student section of the site.
When the coaches are viewing the student videos they must be able to search certain criteria: sport, position, name, etc (I’m sure there will be more criteria) and have the ability to save their favorites prospects to a list they can either save or print.
The site must also be very forgiving when it comes to spelling/mistypes. Should also have share/social networking capabilities on board for the students to take advantage of when sending out links.
And last, the site must have a control panel that is easy to maintain by myself and my partner. I have limited web design/content management experience but my partner has none. We will be uploading the videos that we create, as well as PSF’s, GIFS and JPEGS. The data collected form the forms will be used in an editing program called Final Cut so there has to be compatibility. I would also like to see a component of our logo utilized throughout the site if possible.
Finally, our business is based off of word of mouth but the site should be built for SEO, so that would be a plus if your company has that skill as well.
