This is a modifyable plastic window.
The model basicly contains: outer frame; openable frame; glass packet; handgrip; windowsill.
It is possible to make the window any size You want to: just take the Vertex’es and move them. The model has no texture on it just white and brown color material so don’t worry about ’’streching’’ the texture.
