Actually this is a repost project since i was in vacation and the project was canceled.

I have a php site with news

i would like an iphone app to collect the picts and news and stream them through this app.
As you see in the link there are icons, a small description of the topic , a more option and links above the page that will take you to similar pages like the first one.

This is a spec to see the cost of this app and decide if i am going to make it.

You will design 3 sample themes based on the below project guidelines and I will select a final design/ maybe some adjustments will still be necessary but we can communicate and work through this quickly

1. OVERALL: All text will be on a White background with black text, clean, simple, uncluttered look. we like the idea of a colourful background like http://www.londoncollege.org/ (blurred photo background) or http://www.mdx.ac.uk/
(faded brown background)

2. HEADER: BIG Header/colourful photo Image on Homepage. Use the logo attached, place in header on left side

3. HEADER: Add tel number in big on the top right of header

4. HEADER: Add images of multi-cultural students (no HATS) in header

5. HEADER: Sign up for newsletter OPTIN Box Top right header. First name, last name, email address + “What made you search for college courses today? plus a submit button

6. HEADER: homepage has 3 cols. like http://www.mdx.ac.uk/ BIG HEADER IMAGE

7. INNER PAGES: inner pages have 2 cols. with SMALLER HEADER IMAGE main col + right sidebar

8. FOOTER: footer has full address, tel, email etc copyright info

9. THEME ADMIN: THEME MUST HAVE IT’S OWN ADMIN PAGE INSIDE WORDPRESS ADMIN SO ITS EASY TO MAKE CHANGES

10. Target audience: Other Government and Educational institutions and Potential students and lecturers.

I’m looking for someone to develop a PHP script that will allow visitors to “Make an Offer” on sometime. It will be similar to how scriptlance allows users to bid on projects, and then allows the creator to select the winning bidder.

Once this “Winning Bid” has been selected, this will then allow the 2 parties to exchange feedback once the service is done.

Please contact me for additional details if needed. I already have the base of the website setup, and have some PHP and web development knowledge so I will be able to implement it myself once completed.

I’m also looking to form a long term relationship with this developer because I will have many more projects coming up very shortly.

How we will work together:

1. You will design 3 sample themes based on the above project guidelines and I will select a final design/ maybe some adjustments will still be necessary but we can communicate and work through this quickly

The designs can be images in Photoshop PSD format

It’s usually quicker to send me the PSD file so I can make quick changes if necessary

2. You will then build a WordPress theme and deliver the WordPress zip file along with all the PSD files.

3. If you need to use stock photos let me know what you have in mind before buying anything. This can be paid for separately above the project fees.

4. You will install the wordpress theme on the final website ready for testing

I have a bunch of articles from websites in my niche that I really like, and I would like to have similar content on my website.

For this project, I will give you a list of 50 articles. They will be around 300-400 words long, some shorter.

I have attached a sample here. It is only 250 words.

I basically want you to look at that article, and then rewrite it, so that it will pass any copyscape test.

If you do a good job, I have about 30 blogs I run right now that needs writer. So long term work is definitely available.

Need to fix error and install Joomla 1.5 template quickstart .zip file at www.proXXXpertXXXycow.com. Remove XXX

I need a few things changed
1. The flash buttons need to be renamed
2. The Deluxe blue header at the top, I need
that blue box made approx 200% bigger and obviously
change the text
3. I need to send you the pics to change the photos
that change on the side when you click full screen
4. Add a link to each of those images, so if people
click them and bring the picture up to full screen
that pic will have a link to go back to the home page
(ie restart animation active link)
5. I want you to change the audio that plays when the
home page loads and make it NOT loop but just play
once.

Please be available to do this immediately and
send back to me.. payment in escrow on SL ONLY
and released only on satisfactory completion.

May have one or two very small other adjustments
as we complete the above and I look it over but
this is most of the work involved.

Definitely want to work with whoever helps me do this well
and right away again!!

Need to design a logo for a photography forum website. a simple silhouette or shape type of logo. Simple and catchy.

Elements to be used in the logo can consist of
monkey / ape / dslr camera / tripod / flash / rainforest

color scheme prefer 2 tones and no gradients.

would prefer #95AA27 + white + black or dark grey.
