Save CMS item to profile using webflow and memberstack

I am trying to figure out a way to save a webflow CMS item to my personal profile and let other users do the same via memberstack. Is this doable?

Here is an example of adding a CMS item “bookmark” and then it displaying on a profile when logged in.
