I need to design THREE BLOGS ASAP, and am interested in hiring three different designers to do them. I hope to do a LOT of these, but I want to see what a designer can DO. The three topics are:
– Women’s General Advice Site
– Women’s Health
– Outdoors & Recreation
I will provide the domain and the content. You will provide:
– Search available templates and make recommendations that fit cosmetically and fit the ads well
– Design to include room for three ad positions: leaderboard, rectangle, skyscraper
– Modify the templates with interesting custom graphics and/or clipart/photos
– Add common and interesting blog features and widgets to the articles and sidebar
– Do all of this within a one-week timeframe
If you want to recommend a platform other than blogger.com, that is fine, but I want someone who will deliver 20-50K pages per day at no cost to me. However, if you make a different recommendation, you must convince me. I am NOT interested in a hosted wordpress environment — already doing that, too expensive, slow, difficult to upgrade and protect from hackers, etc.

All bids are hidden, but I will not consider bids higher than $100. If you want to do this cheaply to prove your skills, please tell me what your usual rates would be so that there are no surprises on follow-up projects.
