I have a web services (svc VB.NET) that need to read/write a log file (appendtext) So the text file will be read and wrote by multi processes (different web services too, but same computer). What is the best safe solution ? I need a simple method to appendtext and one to readalltext… (Budget: $10 – $30 USD, Jobs: .NET, VB.NET)
