I need a single php web site where users can upload and download files. (Its for internal users only but page will be accessible fro public) – Every uploads need to generate an unique link and by that link other people should be able to download the file… (Budget: $30 – $250 AUD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
