Need Design converted to usable Word Document by webedge

I have a User Manual that was designed with Illustrator. The client needs to be able edit and maintain their own Manuals. I need this converted to Microsoft Word so they can add pages and edit content (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Format & Layout, Word)
