I have a project for u. I need a game named Sic Bo. U can see the game information at :

Its up 2 u that u want to develop with java or flash as long as member no need to download first for playing it. The balance amount for playing this game using dollar ammount.
U only develop the game, I already have the main page (in php) that contain :
– registration
– login
– member area that contain user balance.
U just need to add the dummy database and login form by yourself that contain the following that i already listed above. And after the completion, i do by myself the combining to my main website. And all source code will be mine.
Bid only if u are very sure that u can do this project, I already received many rubbish at my project before this. Told me that they understand do the project, but after that still troubled me with any silly question. So I need the good qualification, resume, and review to receive this project.
