Rain Effect Action.
This folder contains 1 action file (.atn).
This action allows you to create a very realistic rain effect. You can easily strenghen or soften the effect by simply playing with the opacity of 1 layer.
Instructions:
1) Drag and drop any picture into Photoshop (or open it from Photoshop)
2) Select the picture layer (must be named Background)
3) Play the action
4) Enjoy!
The images used are for demo purpose only and is not included in the pack but can be found at sxc.hu
