This project will be long term! Guaranteed! I have tons of domains I need this completed for.
You are to create a 6 page 100% UNIQUE content website, including adsense. I will provide the title for you to write about.
You are to:
-Create High Quality Unique Content: 5 Pages 300 words per page Based on Targeted Niche Keywords that I provide.
-Each site must have a Contact Us Form and Privacy Page to make google happy.
-You must create a custom header specific to the domain name. e.g. If the domain was ABCTeachers.com, have a header with teachers or school. Another e.g., PageRanker.com, make a header with “Google” page rank pictures.
-Page with RSS – Use script to pull news based on the domain keyword. You can use an opensource/free version html code.
-Submit site to 100 directories.
-Submit site to 50 Social Bookmarking sites.
It seems like a lot, but once you do the first site, the most you will ever have to do is create content.
I am looking for a 100% turnkey solution. I do not want to have to do anything but review the site and issue payment.
You will need to create the website in wordpress. You will use the SAME theme for every website. So this will be easy. We will work together to get the first theme correctly. oF course adsense will need to be added.
I will put wordpress on the domain and provide you with login details so you can do your thing.

You will do the first website as a single transaction.
I will not pay you to do multiple websites on your first attempt. If you do well on the first website, then the number of projects you get will increase! Simple!

This is probably a good project for a team of 2.
