Rss-to-email For Mailchimp

We are a daily newsletter service. We use WordPress for our CMS needs and MailChimp for our daily email newsletter. We want to enable the RSS-to-email functionality for our campaign. Thus we need the right HTML code to use for our template.
We have some code ready for use with the Rss-to-email campaigns that Mailchimp offers but the code done poorly and we have display issues with Outlook 2007 and other clients. Also we need to do some minor aesthetic adjustments that will have to be incorporated there as well.
We need someone to quickly (in the next few hours) help us turn this code into clean, elegant code that works easily with our product and displays properly to all major email clients. This project is for now not tomorrow so please bid accordingly. It should be very fast and easy if you are familiar with the product.
It’s important to be familiar with Mail Chimps Tags (http://www.mailchimp.com/resources/merge/) as they are necessary for RSS-to-email and other functions.
Other issues we need to address/challenges we have faced:
– the tag that pulls the full text from our site has html style embedded that we can’t seem to be able to overwrite.
– we want to make our banner clickable – and be able to count analytics.
-ideally we want the template to be done in a way that’s edible within MailChimp (that provides all the details for that)
