Makeover

Need:
1) A complete make over of the site to have all current functions.
2) Add 2 more pages “Available Now” and “News” on NagBar. Add Flash on certain page. Need to be shown how to upload/edit data into the page; how to turn on/off flash.
3) Site encrypted
4) Need to be shown how to do minor update.
5) Support up to 3 months when site go live.
