Vendor Database And Form
Need 2 forms for a vendor database.
First form to input vendor and admin data, activate/inactivate vendors and export.
Form must be:
1. password protected.
2. must contain contact info, areas of specialization (may be multiple).
3. use captcha.
Second form to search database based on location and areas. Then display the data.
Need to be able to show examples of similar work.
