Simple Medical Office Site

I’m looking for a simple, inexpensive medical office site that is SEO’d for my geographic area.
I’d like it be in wordpress, as I’m somewhat familiar with it and I want to be able to add my own content as it evolves. I’m open to discussion about the CMS.

The Basic Vision:
I’m not looking to do a blog with daily or weekly posts. It’s going to be a basic website. I will want to be able to add articles and sections to the menu.

There should be a banner across the top with some photos.

FRONT PAGE should have a headshot with an introduction to my practice. At some point soon I’d like to make that a video intro, but to start off, it should be text with a photo.

I’d like a notification and newsletter signup box on the upper right.

There should be a menu on the left with a number of buttons that can open more information about the practice.

That’s basically it for now. I’d like to hire someone who can be available for ongoing consulting as this site evolves.

In the near future I hope to have other sites that will need to be built, but that’s a separate topic.

Ideally you will have done some previous medical or clinical websites and be able to show me your work. I’d like to get this built in the next week or two. Much of the content is written.
