I need a clone of website www.propertyguru.com.sg. Please take a look at the website. If yours is better, I will be even happier..: )
The website allows pple to search for properties posted by property agents which I should be able to charge a fee on that.
I would like to have a close to perfect clone, expect that the website should be evern more user friendlier and should include features like:
i. Search function (rent, sale or commerical)
ii. Separate login portal for buyers and agents/sellers
iii. Property live News
iv. Property forum
It must be a easy-to-navigate search portal. It is necessary to be close to 90% cloned so that it does not resemble the original website in case of possible issues. php software can be used, including open source like joomla, drupal & etc. The software should be free for upgrades in the future + fully secure.
Duration & completion: 2 months upon comfirmation.
The site will be completed from your server and transfer of the completed site to my server. That is when I will transfer the money.
