Textpattern Cms Fix Errors

I have a site which uses textpattern CMS – the site was working fine until it was migrated to another server now it has file permission errors and url errors, this may only be small fix.
NOTE: you must be familar with textpattern or its coding. Max budget is $ 29, I need this today and apply only who can start work right from now.
