Application School Asset Management (SAM)
Project Definition :
Redevelop module School Asset Management (SAM) based on php 5.0 to Ruby on Rail ( RoR) with MVC frame work, and development process using agile methode.
All process and features will based previous application
Redesign database from single school to multi school
Reporting analyst by statistic and graphics for multi school
Application fungsionality and features will separated by SD (elementary), SMP ( Junior High School), SMA (Senior High School), SMK (Vocational High School).
Objectives :
Application to manage all school facilities, inventory such as rooms, chairs, tables, books, lab etc
Application as center of data of student biodata and teacher biodata, that can be perform as statistic and graph report
Admin can create type of item that will use for inventory
System provide feature to create school profile data
System provide feature to create fee management report
System provide feature to generate report for whole module and perform statistic and graph report
System provide feature to support shared document
System based on internet or intranet with synchronization to internet
