I would like to have a table that I can insert into any WordPress blog to turn it into a review site. I have developed a pdf example but am not good enough at html to code it myself.
I would prefer that this be a WordPress PlugIn

The table needs to be able to go near the top of any post under a heading but before the rest of the text.
I need to be able use the table with any WP theme
I need be able to select colours of stars, fonts and background
I need to be able to select the number of stars for the rating including half stars (would prefer slider if that’s possible)
I need to be able to add rows to include more parameters for rating
There are numerous plugins for WordPress that allow rating of posts I do not want to rate posts or conduct polls I just want to show a star rating for a product, but I want a fast flexible way to do it. The attachment has more info.
