Visual Composer: Conditional Logic add-on will help you show your elements of Visual Composer base on conditions.
It’s the most complicated system on the market, which allows you to combine the conditions (AND) with each other, like the example below:
– Only show [Message] element if User Role is “Vendor” and if the current page is “Vendor Information.”
You also can create the multiple conditions (OR), to maximize the flexibility.

When I say ALL ELEMENTS, I mean ALL ELEMENTS, include the elements that made by the 3rd plugins or Element Bundles.
So that mean you will control all of your available elements, not just VC original ones.
