Polygon Point Searcher contains methods to convert coordinates from degrees,minutes and seconds (e.g. 50° 40’ 18.14”) to the decimal notation (e.g. 50.671706). This works both ways.
Searching points in polygon
The main functionality is offcourse searching points in a given polygon.
As you might know, a polygon are a few coordinate points defining the surface between them as a polygon. With this tool it is possible to check a (multiple) point(s) to see whether they are inside this defined polygon or not.
