Ms Access – Rank Subset Of Data In Query

I have a dataset, which is attached.

I would like to rank the prices by a Date (subset). My current approach is close, but the rank isn’t always consistent. here are the changes needed…

1. Rank 1 is the highest price
Rank 2 is the second highest price
etc…

2. If the Price is blank in the subset, then I want that rank to be the highest

3. In a separate field, i want to identify by an “X” if two records in a subset is tied. i.e.
